All donor recognition, including naming rights for Legacy Naming Partners, conveys no financial return, no ownership interest, no equity, and no economic benefit of any kind. Naming rights are a form of charitable recognition only. Donations are irrevocable charitable contributions to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Certificate of Thanks

A keepsake worthy of framing.

Every donor at the Foundation Friend level and above receives a beautifully designed Certificate of Thanks — printed on certificate-grade paper, embossed with our gold seal, and personally signed by the Fund's administrator.

Community Builder donors receive a digital PDF version of the Certificate, suitable for printing or sharing.

The Certificate is your tangible acknowledgment of membership in the community that is changing the trajectory of homeownership in America.

When will I receive it?
Digital certificates are delivered within 7 business days of your donation being processed. Framed certificates are mailed within 21 business days to the address provided during checkout.

Recognition questions

Absolutely. During the donation process, you may select the option to give anonymously. Your name will not appear on the Donor Wall or in any published materials. You will still receive your Certificate of Thanks and tax acknowledgment letter at the address you provide.
Digital certificates are delivered by email within 7 business days of your donation being processed. Framed physical certificates are mailed within 21 business days to the address you provide. If you have not received your certificate within these timeframes, please contact us.
Naming rights at the Legacy Naming Partner level ($50,000+) allow your name or your organization's name to be associated with a specific guaranteed home in our cohort. This is a form of charitable recognition only. It conveys no financial return, no ownership interest, no equity stake, and no legal or economic claim on the property or the mortgage in any form.
Yes. Corporate and organizational donors are welcome and may receive recognition in the organization's name. Corporate donors should consult their own tax advisors regarding the treatment of charitable contributions. For large corporate giving programs, please contact us directly to discuss a tailored recognition arrangement.
